We invite you to join us on this unique pilgrimage to Journey of Paul. You will see, touch, and experience the places of faith’s rich history, and will have the privilege to prayerfully retrace the footsteps of the apostles and the saints. A pilgrimage is a journey of faith; an ancient practice.
Pilgrim Center of Hope has organized and led close to 100 pilgrimages to date, in which we apply our professional backgrounds in the travel & hospitality industries and nearly 40 years in ministry; our experience will greatly benefit you as a pilgrim. Through the many groups we have led, we have seen that a pilgrimage is truly an eternal investment with everlasting rewards. My name is Fr. Paul Melgarejo. I was ordained to the
priesthood on May 15, 2021. Currently, I am the Parroquial vicar St Matthew’s church in San Antonio Texas.I’m the oldest of four I have two brothers and one sister, my mother lives here in San Antonio, I was born in Laredo Tx, and grew up in Jalapa Veracruz Mexico, I moved to San Antonio in the early 90’s, graduated from Fox Tech high school, class of 1993, went to Palo Alto College and then UTSA and graduated in 2004, I taught Spanish and bilingual education for over 8 years and then God decided to call me to the priesthood.
I actually heard his voice coming to Daily Mass and then holy hour in the chapel, and after one year I decided to enter seminary. Also I like to run, and like sports, baseball, soccer and basketball, go Spurs go.

If you are looking to deepen your faith; your knowledge of the Bible & your love for Jesus, you must go on this pilgrimage! This was our very first pilgrimage and the PCH ensured that this was a spiritual journey and not a vacation. They set the bar very high and we look forward to make our next pilgrimage with PCH (Pilgrim Center of Hope)!
